Oliver Wyman Enters Into Agreement With AKA Consulting In The Cayman Islands

New York, August 13, 2024 – Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE:MMC), today announced a collaboration agreement with AKA Consulting, an actuarial and risk consulting firm based in the Cayman Islands.
This cross-border collaboration allows the actuarial practice of Oliver Wyman to better serve its clients doing business in the Cayman Islands. Alongside AKA Consulting, Oliver Wyman will serve new and existing clients by combining on-island talent possessing deep local market and regulatory experience with Oliver Wyman’s global expertise.

AKA Consulting is led by Alvin Kwong, FCAS, MAAA, a veteran actuary with almost 20 years of experience in the insurance sector in North America and the Cayman Islands. The firm offers a range of capabilities including actuarial pricing and reserving as well as US GAAP and IFRS accounting insights.
