Since taking the helm in 2013, Pedro has driven Oliver Wyman IMEA’s remarkable growth, increasing regional revenue tenfold, opening offices in six new locations, and building a diverse team of more than 1,000 professionals from 60 plus nationalities.

With a background in investment banking and fluency in five languages, Pedro combines strategic expertise with a deep understanding of financial markets, advising governments and corporations on national strategy development, economic diversification, and large-scale business transformations.
Passionate about simplifying complexity and unlocking growth, Pedro’s approach is rooted in trust, collaboration, and a relentless focus on delivering value. Outside of work, Pedro enjoys playing soccer with his sons and cooking for family and friends. A proud advocate of environmental sustainability, he spends his free time exploring ways to developing non-intensive farming practices in Portugal, where 1,500 acres of primitive forests have been preserved and reforested since 2015.
