Erin is Executive Director and Global Head of our Internal Communications team, based in Toronto.
She joined Oliver Wyman in 2001 in our New York office after started her career in advertising and investment banking.
In 2003, Marsh McLennan acquired Oliver Wyman, Erin was entrusted with the pivotal role of leading and building the Internal Communications team. This role allowed her to leverage her expertise, contributing significantly to the company's growth and evolution.

In 2019, Erin relocated to Toronto where she continues to lead the Global Internal Communications team and is also spearheading the firm’s Alumni program.
Erin holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Communications from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Erin is an amateur mixologist, devoted foodie, and a humble yet avid golfer.
