After the weekend, I kept in touch with the Start Here team and was able to benefit from many tips and coaching sessions. These interactions allowed me to prepare myself as best as possible for the interviews but also to have some guidance in my early career. The interactions I had with the supervising consultants of the Start Here team allowed me to learn more about the atmosphere of the firm and to feel integrated as soon as I arrived. Between the different case study sessions and the more informal discussions, I was able to learn more about Oliver Wyman values and the firm’s ways of working. What surprised me the most was that from the very first days I was given the same tasks as an entry-level consultant. This weekend allowed me to learn more about the firm, like the diversity of practices, the culture of the company or the daily life of a consultant.
