Having worked for insurance companies before moving into consulting, I’ve seen both sides of projects and gained a passion for delivering great consulting, valued by all the stakeholders. With experience as a CRO, I know the importance of balancing risk management while implementing innovation

Based in Oliver Wyman’s London office, Colin provides high-impact advisory and consulting for clients to navigate their current challenges and create the best possible environment for actuaries to thrive. Throughout his consulting career, Colin has managed large multi-disciplined teams across international markets. He has a proven track record in helping executives create the strategic direction, infrastructure, processes and culture that give their actuarial talent the time and tools to deliver the maximum amount of value. Colin has led ground-breaking projects that focus on building vision, growth, business discipline, values, sales culture and innovation.

Clients work with me when they need a true consulting partner who delivers with them rather than to them. I have found that creating a genuine partnership environment across the client and consulting teams leads to an immense amount of innovative, positive energy and game-changing client outcomes

Colin is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and holds a BSc (Hons) Mathematics, from Glasgow University. Outside of work, Colin is a keen tennis player, and enjoys composing music and playing piano.
